The following steps need to be followed once the product has downloaded:
Extract the file then Copy the attached file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\21\
After copying this file to the folder,
Open SPSS
Click on Edit–> Options –> Pivot Table –> Table Looks –> APA –>OK
Changes to be made after the creation of the table:
1. Add the Table number
2. Italicize the word ‘Note’ under the table
