The yoga sessions will be for encouraging a healthy lifestyle and exercise. They cannot substitute therapy so we would encourage you to seek therapists in case you want mental health-related assistance. Priya Panchwadkar

MA. Christ University. 2+ years experience

Priya is a yoga teacher and a sadhaka believes that yoga can be practised by anyone. She focuses on alignment in the asanas and the breath because knowing your breath and simply witnessing it makes you know yourself. Priya includes the subtler limbs of ashtanga yoga in her classes (eg, pranayama and dhyana) that help you connect with yourself and the world around you. She has worked with Jayanagar Jaguars as a Yoga Trainer in Banglore in 2019. Currently teaching yoga at a mental health center in Thane. All sessions will be group based.
