Yoga Session with Priya
Priya is a yoga teacher and a sadhaka believes that yoga can be practised by anyone. She focuses on alignment in the asanas and the breath because knowing your breath and simply witnessing it makes you know yourself. Priya includes the subtler limbs of ashtanga yoga in her classes (eg, pranayama and dhyana) that help you connect with yourself and the world around you.
