   I have attended the first batch of CBT master classes held between 27th July to 1st August. It has been an extremely informative and enriching session. The structure, steps and reading materials provided by this program happen to be quite insightful and instrumental for learning and clinical practice as well. It’s quite comprehensive and tries to cover most of the necessary areas where CBT can be a good intervention process. Students and professionals can both be equally benefited by these masterclasses.

   The facilitator was really well informed himself and the way the course was designed and taught was very comprehensive and easily understandable at the same time. I really liked the fact that 100% of the doubts asked by students were always answered, without fail.

   It was very informative and the explanations were very clear. Loved how it was an interactive session, kept me engaged throughout. Gave me insight into how basic mindset and behavioural changes can make so much of a difference over time.

   This three day workshop was a great introduction to CBT and covered a variety of content. The facilitator was well-informed and the sessions were interactive. This workshop is a must do for anybody trying to step into CBT!
